For Boutique Hotels

Filling rooms takes more than another listing

The setting is the reason guests choose your hotel — but it stays hidden until they walk through the door. Real View turns it into marketing that reaches people while they are still deciding where to stay.

The challenge: standing out when every hotel looks the same online

On a booking site, your boutique hotel sits in a grid of thumbnails alongside chains many times your size. Polished photography helps, but every property has it, and a still image cannot convey what it actually feels like to be there. The one advantage you hold — a genuinely special setting — is the hardest thing to communicate before a guest arrives.

Real View closes that gap. We place a live, real-time view of your location in front of an engaged audience, with your hotel named on screen. Prospective guests don't just see a photograph from last summer; they watch your harbour, coastline or skyline as it is right now. It is the difference between being scrolled past and being remembered.

People book a feeling. A live view lets them feel your location before they ever check availability.

What it does for your hotel

This is marketing measured in awareness, preference and bookings — not in cameras or technology.

🛎️

Win more direct bookings

A real-time view sparks the daydream that leads to a stay. The guests it attracts come to you directly, reducing your reliance on commission-charging booking platforms.

Strengthen your brand

Appearing as a named, beautiful live view positions your hotel as a destination in its own right — the kind of property guests seek out and recommend.

🌍

Reach beyond the booking sites

Your hotel reaches people in their homes and workplaces, well outside the listings everyone else competes in, introducing your property to guests who were not yet searching.

🕯️

Marketing that runs itself

There is no content to produce and no schedule to keep. Once live, your view works around the clock while your team focuses on guests.

How It Works

Sharing your view is simple, and the day-to-day effort on your side is close to none.

1

Connect your view

Already stream a camera online? We can work with your existing feed. Starting from scratch? We supply one or more Real View plug-and-play cameras — they arrive ready to go live, with no technical work on your part.

2

We take it live

We handle the deployment. Your view goes live as a stable, broadcast-quality feed with your business named on screen — nothing for your team to manage day to day.

3

Reach your audience

Your view goes live in the free Real View app, with your business named on screen for everyone watching at home. You can run the very same view on a TV at your own venue, turning a screen by the door into a live window onto your location.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much work is this for our team?
Very little. We handle the technical set-up and keep the view running. Once it is live there is nothing to post, edit or manage — it simply runs in the background.
What does it cost?
If you already have a live feed online, listing it on the Real View TV app is free — it stays on your own server, so it costs us nothing to carry. If you would like us to supply the camera, plans start at £99 a month and the camera is included: we ship it, we own it, we manage it remotely — there is nothing to buy. From then on the same feed reaches the TV app, YouTube, an ad-free live window on your own website, and ready-to-post social clips.
Do we need special equipment?
Not necessarily. If you already stream a camera we can often use that feed. If not, we supply one or more Real View plug-and-play cameras with no technical work on your part.
How do we know it is worth it?
Your hotel is named on screen for everyone watching your view in the Real View app, building recognition and preference with an engaged audience. You can also run the same view on a screen in your reception or bar, so it works on arriving guests too.
Do we stay in control of what is shown?
Entirely. You choose the camera position and what it frames — almost always the landscape, harbour or skyline rather than guests or private areas — and you can pause or change the view whenever you wish.
